I. Account Usage Guidelines

Registration and information authenticity: When registering, you need to provide real and valid mobile phone numbers, email addresses and other information to complete the verification. If you are an enterprise user, you need to truthfully fill in the enterprise name, unified social credit code and other information. You must not register with false information; otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your account.

Account security: Keep your account password safe and do not lend, rent or share your account with others. Any losses resulting from the leakage of account information shall be borne by you yourself. If you find any abnormal login to your account, please report it immediately through the customer service channel.

Ii. Trading Rules and Risks

Product information verification: The product information on the platform is provided by the seller. Before placing an order, please carefully review the product details, specification parameters, user reviews, etc., and fully communicate with the seller to confirm the product details to avoid transaction disputes caused by information errors.

Transaction process: Submitting an order is regarded as making a purchase offer to the seller. The transaction is established upon the seller's confirmation. Please pay the purchase price in a timely manner as agreed. If the payment is overdue, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order. If you cancel the order due to your personal reasons, you need to negotiate with the seller and may bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract.

Payment Security: Choose a payment method supported by the platform to complete the transaction. Ensure the security of the network environment during payment and do not make large payments on unfamiliar devices or public networks. In case of payment issues, contact the platform customer service in a timely manner for assistance in handling.

Iii. Logistics and After-sales Service

Logistics tracking: After the seller ships the goods, you can check the logistics tracking number and transportation progress through the order page. If the goods have not been delivered for a long time or the logistics information is abnormal, contact the seller and the platform customer service in a timely manner for follow-up and handling.

After-sales handling: After receiving the product, if you find any quality issues, discrepancies from the description, etc., submit an after-sales application within the time limit specified by the platform. Returned goods must be in good condition. If they meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed according to the platform's procedures.

Iv. Intellectual Property Rights and Compliance

The product information, store content, etc. you post on the platform must ensure that they do not infringe upon others' intellectual property rights, trademark rights, Copyrights and other legitimate rights and interests. Any disputes and legal responsibilities arising from your infringement shall be borne by you alone. The platform reserves the right to remove the non-compliant content and suspend the use of your account.

The platform strictly adheres to the cross-border trade laws and regulations of various countries. During the transaction process, you must cooperate to complete compliance procedures such as identity verification, customs declaration and inspection, and are not allowed to engage in illegal and non-compliant transactions such as smuggling and money laundering.
